Shelley Clark is a Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of Marin where she focuses on housing law and policy. Before working at Legal Aid of Marin, Shelley was the Housing Policy Attorney at Legal Aid of Sonoma County. In that position, she advocated for tenant protections and other housing policies that help low-income people. She was also instrumental in the founding of the Sonoma County Tenants Union. Before working at Legal Aid of Sonoma County, Shelley worked as a Staff Attorney at Fair Housing Advocates of Northern California. In 2016, Shelley graduated from a joint degree program with Pace Law School and the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies; during her studies, she focused on land use law and environmental justice. She currently serves as the President for the Board of Directors of Marin County Women Lawyers. Shelley lives with her family in Fairfax.
