LAM Upgrades its Technology

Legal Aid of Marin has upgraded its technology this fall starting with the implementation of new case management software. This will enable us to capture and analyze more information. Due to the limitations of our old system, we were restricted to a server-based network environment, which was particularly challenging when we needed to connect remotely. LAM expanded its community outreach, so remote connectivity became more critical to our efforts. Once the case management software was installed, and our historical data was migrated to the new software, we quickly moved to upgrade our network to a cloud-based system. We expect greater reliability and connectivity. Lastly, LAM invested in a complete website redesign. This will help us inform our community about what we do and market our services to our clients and donors.
