Legal Aid of Marin provides legal assistance to the most vulnerable residents of Marin County. In particular, we focus on assisting County residents with very low income (under 125% of the federal poverty level), and seniors. We give priority to clients in need of immediate attention such as victims of domestic violence and persons facing eviction.
We offer a variety of clinics as well as direct assistance in several general areas of law, described more fully on our Service Areas page.
